I got my car towed a while back and they decided to tack on an extra $180 because my car is 4wd. I have a Jeep Patriot and am pretty sure it isnt because I have never seen a 4wd option. Am I looking in the wrong place or do I just not have it?
Also, if my car isnt 4wd, can I call the towing place and get my money back? I know they have all the records in their computer system, so it should be there right? Isnt it illegal for them to basically scam me into paying an extra 200 bucks? Thanks!
