Are 2009-2010 Toyota Camry's Hybrid good reliable cars>?

I'm Wondering if the 2009-2010 Toyota Camry's Hybrid are good cars because i've been searching lately and i've found some for a really cheap price in my area. My Question is are they good cars, do they require A Lot of maintenance work after years, and why are they so Inexpensive
 
I am an NRI living in KSA. Here in KSA toyota is the best in all aspects.less maitainence and you can take an old 1970 cressida for a 1000km journey under extreme condition (hot sun)during they dont off the engine for two to three days with AC on
