Yes the 2004 honda crf250r is a very good bike... all hondasare known for good quality , and very very reliable. but there are some factors that u need to look how : when was the last tiem it was rebuilt ... how many hours it waas riden ...look at the teth on the speroket .... put it in first gear and roll the bike and also kick start it slow o check compression... u need to kno the facts for the bike to tell ... if u message me all the details ican help
