Are 10 mph winds going to interfere with a tennis match?

Me and my hitting partner are about 4.6 on the ntrp scale and he hits with top spin and I hit flat and hard. Will 10 mph side and front winds interfere a lot with our match? Thanks. PS we live in a so cal beach town.
