I know it is from running but I don't know what is wrong with my muscle. just when I move my foot/ or walk on it it feels like there is this ball, or my muscle- something- moving/creaking in my foot. It hurts too. My whole foot is a bit swollen from running a half marathon yesterday, but I am wondering if the swelling has to do with the "creaking" in my foot. It started about last week after I ran 10 miles. Please help. any ideas what this might be?
