I think it's a glitch, but the first time i sent him to the lucky 38 i tried to get him back and there was no dialogue option for having him join, but ed-e glitched out and vanished from Nevada, even primm, and then arcade would join me but i sent him back to the lucky 38 and i have the same problem again
