I'm not really into either band, but from what I've heard of each band so far -- and to be fair, it's not much -- it's Arctic Monkeys by a bloody mile. Agree? Disagree? Would you rather hear The White Stripes? Yes, that's what I thought, but if you had to choose... you know, just go wild. Peace.

I actually thought of the Fratellis when I heard "When the Sun Goes Down," but of course that song is better than most Fratellis tunes. Then again I haven't checked them out much either, lol. I'm really not too crazy about any of these bands, so far, but it's very good for 'nowadays' standards.
