I want to thank the sky for crying that I don't have to weep
And thank the sun for hiding that I may return to sleep
The hours will pass slowly as I relive my yesterday
One year ago exactly when my Bobby went away
I want to thank friends and family, but special thanks are due
To those who let me cry and whine, The Poets of Yahoo
I have not meant to be selfish & behave as though I'm the only one who ever knew Grief. I hope you know I have mourned with you, as well. And I have to warn you, I'll probably be writing Bobby poems for the rest of my life. He was so funny, and I'd like you to meet that side of him, too. (BG wouldn't marry nobody who didn't make her laugh, long and hard and frequently.) My sincere love to you all.... BG
