Apps installation problem with E50

I?ve a problem installing apps and games, when installing sis files the phone won?t let me install them prompting the message: ?the file.sis instalations is not admitted. When instaling Java game then messages me with ?there?s no enough memory please close some of the apps running? and there are none running. If someone has an answer to my problem I will really appreciate. The phone model is E50
