Approximately how much does it cost a dealer to buy a 2011 ZX6R?

I'm thinking about buying one and want to set a price for myself on the total amount I would actually pay. I know the price is at 10,000 USD right now so I was thinking if I paid cash on the spot...could I talk it down to around 9,000? And perhaps even lower if they have a 2010 ZX6R just taking up floor space?
 
Depends on the dealer, how desperate they are do get rid of it and whether there are any factory to dealer incentives. Go in and make an offer.

Right now, Kawasaki is offering $1200 cash back on the 2010 ZX14, but nothing for the ZX6 is on their website.
