Applying to Temple University?

Hi, I'm planning on applying Temple University in the Fall of 2011. I currentl go to a community college. If I apply now for the semester of 2011 and don't get in, am I able to reapply early next year for the same semester with an updated transcript from my community college? My question being, can I reapply for the same semester.
