Apple said they couldn't find anything wrong with my ipod?

Hi, I sent my ipod touch back to Apple (for the second time) and last time they fixed a broken head jack. When they sent me a new one it froze the next day and went into recovery mode. I fixed it at first, but then on any random day the ipod would just go into recovery while I was doing absolutely nothing with it! Well I sent it back and about two days later Apple said they couldn't find anything wrong with my ipod. I still think something is wrong. So, I called Apple and they said they updated my iPod's firmware and software and that should stop the freezing. Is Apple right? Do you think something is wrong?
