I made several batches of apple pie shots using this recipe
1 gal apple juice, 1/2 gallon of cider, and 2 cups of Ever clear, and a few cinnamon sticks
Using this mixture about how long does this stuff last? I have about a gallon left from a big X-mas party and I stored it in a dark cool closet. I just the other day put it in the freezer to chill it and was curious if it is still safe to drink? There is so much alcohol in this particular mix that it didn't slush. (I had a gallon that slushed early January that I mixed for the party that was watered down to keep people from getting to trashed at the end)
Any help would be good I took a few sips and it taste about the same I just want to make sure.
