so i brought a unlocked 'used' iphone 3g from ebay. when i got it it is jailbroken. i want to un jailbreak it but if i do that will it still be unlocked or would i be in trouble then? i mean not be able to use it on different carriers?
i want some apps but i need to upgrade the firmware or whatever it is (system update from 3.0 or something like that which it is on). i think if i upgrade then it isn't jailbroken anymore. do you think it was jailbroken so it is unlocked? do people do that or is it actually properly unlocked but jailbroken for apps. does anyone understand this kinda thing.
