Apple iPad or Motorola Backflip?

I already have and Apple iPod Touch but its only the first generation, and I have a Samsung Impression which still works. The iPad is $400.00(wi-fi only version) and the Motorola Backflip is only $99.99 but with it you also have to pay the $30.00 a month. I really want an iPad and they look really cool but I also want the Motorola Backflip. Help? Thanks.
