Someone got into my account and made purchases. I have told apple and had some of it refunded. But now when I try to buy things on my iPod a message comes up saying "your apple Id has been disabled". I tried reseting the password and changing the id but it still happens. Can someone help with this please? Also will I get a full refund because I only got half of what was stolen.
It doesn't say "for security reasons"
I've reset it 3 times and Ive even changed the actually Id. It just won't let me get in.
