Apple I Phone 3GS Help?

Hi

Im wondering if anybody knows where i can download ISO4 OR 4.1 For i phone 3gs as im trying to downgrade it and im needing the software for it i have vista on my laptop so the software needs to be compatible with windows vista

I download the felixburns thing but how do i find the file when i press shift restore on i tunes Thanks
