i have apple earphones with mic and remote. They are not working right i can not control the volume if a click it. The mic is not working either in voice memos i try to say something and you could only hear a noise thant is annoying. But i can hear the song and change it, pause. If i hearing a song it stop at his own. I buy them at Radio Shack and i buy a warranty of 1 yr. Can i go there and get another ones or what. Can i go to a other radio shack store instead where i buy the earphones or do i have to go at the store were i buy them.
