My oven died right before Thanksgiving but I do have a toaster oven that works well. I also have mini quiche plates/bowls to use. I also have small bread/muffin pans that would fit as well. Now, I have apples and cranberries, oatmeal, flour and butter so I was wanting to make an apple/cranberry chutney crisp for my husband and myself but I'm not sure if I should add sugar to the berries or chop them in my cuisinart first or par cook them.
Has anyone ever made anything like this before? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Please answer with a cranberry answer as I already know how to make apple crisp. Thanks.
