Apple told developers Saturday morning that all services at the company's Developer Connection were back online. Apple pulled those services three weeks ago after a security breach, and slowly brought those services back online. With Saturday's letter to developers, all services have been restored.

All but four of those services were back online by July 30th, leaving only Program Enrollment and Renewals, Technical Support, Member Center, and Xcode Automatic Configuration down. Those, too, are available again.
