My computer sucks so every time I tried to connect my iPod for 20 minutes my computer would freeze. so I just charged with my wall charger and didn't sync my iPod for two months. I downloaded over $45 worth of apps and music. I decided to sync all of it after two months when apple asked me to update my O.S. I downloaded it and after it finished it came up with a message that said "an unknown error has occurred. the update couldn't be downloaded." I didn't think to much of it but when I disconnected my iPod it went into this weird mode where it had a picture of a USB cable and an arrow pointing it to an iTunes sign so I conected it to iTunes and it started restoring my iPod. but the last time I backed it up was before the $45 were spent. I know its partly my fault. I was wondering if anybody knew if apple would refund me and like look through my account history or somthing.
