lower right quadrant pain help.. not appendicitis.....
I am scared and desperate right now and in need of answers. I don't want to live with this pain....It started with a bang, no warning what so ever in my "lower right quadrant". The pain ranges from tame to OMG PLEASE HELP!! I went to ER, great hospital good docs not their fault but they didn't fix the problem. They removed my appendic and removed adhesions on my right overy but neither doc saw a cause for the degree of pain in either of those issues, taking the appendix because it was "slightly" inflamed and minor scar tissue on my overies didn't justify the sever pain. I have had gall stones before and had my gall bladder removed. I understand pain. This peaks worse than that. I have had two c-sections but the docs didnt seem to even consider that. The pain is a tiny focused point right where or maybe slightly below the appendix area and radiates to my leg groin and lower right back above my hip when it "flairs". I am desperate for answers please, if you have had a similar experience or know something, please help me and God Bless

the area you just described is pretty much where/how that 'psoas' muscle runs? i have two cysts in my L psoas from a kidney disease that created them(they kinda migrated to it since that L kidney kind of "saddles it back there) in this thing too for no real reason other than they 'could'?

but where i get this insane pain within this muscle sounds exactly what you are describing full on area and posistion too. while mine came from something else, the pain comes from the fascia/muscle being inflammed which causes the fascia to first thin out then really overly tighten itself around muscle. i would imagine with your history esp of repeated surgeries around and in that area, your muscles have to be too "overly tight" right now and also possibly damaged from cutting, and need to be 'unwound/released" by a really good therepist who does this amazing therepy that releases the fascia and muscle called "myofascial release"? i also have muscle hell way into my shoulder blades and upper back from having it cut thru to get down to my spinal cord back in 2003? the muscle, or what is called "myofascial damage" was really insane and off the wall with the trigger points of huge wads of muscle and tissue that simply get created when any muscle or also organs being involved in any type of deeper trauma or esp possibly cut thru during surgeries, which also includes surgical trauma too? but the pain with all can be very much in only one area or as with my psoas, it radiates from the muscle in the groin and right on over to my L ovary when mine simply decides to really flare too? it feels like severe ovary pain when i KNOW its that dang radiating over from really angry nerve or simply muscle firings starting to wad up on my psoas muscle. most of the time tho that crap will sit in my very low back kinda into the buttock til it flares out of the blue then down to that groin on certain days? those are really BAD days.

the thing about how fascia just "is' is this actually covers in the humnan body, every single muscle, organ, and blood vessel we have all in one very very huge spiderweb like sheet that IS ALL interconnected litterally from the head to toes. you have also had your "sheet' cut into quite a few times which can start problems within just that fascia alone, and over muscles that start to just get tighter and tighter over time since none of the real underlying trauma to this stuff has EVER been allowed to simply 'release itself' and let go around everything that may also be inflammed as well?

just to really see if this alone may be the issue here(i can guarentee you that you just DO have 'some' levels of overly tightened fascia just based upon what you mentioned in your post, it comes with the territory, trust me)or there could also be other "players too(but part IS myo). try asking your primary doc for a referral to a good myofascial release therepist who can work your fascia for at least like six sessions to see just how 'too tightened" everything just IS in your esp abdominal area too? getting this type of therepist with the most years of experience is always the best ,since it just makes them much more 'aware' of your "tone" and the intensity of what your body is simply giving off in key areas where you are having the most pain too? we all simply give off our own energies and when an area is injured or the 'flow' isn't right there because things are just not the norm, it can actually generate more heat and be felt above our bodies. it really sounds crazy, but after trying sooo many many different therepies after my cord surgery just really tore up my upper back? the therepist i was referred to was actually able to knock down some very old trigger points that i had had for many years(excruciating under one particular blade) and is helping now in maintaining 'me' since my spinal keeps firing out lil angry signals too since it is deteriorating, the TPs and muscle crap for me keeps coming back again. i just get tune ups now. but i have been getting this therepy now for over three years since it did and still does bring my pain down, esp when i started and was a freaking mess who had tried soo many other therepies and injections just to help 'muscle" pain. best thing i ever did, seriously.

but DO try this therepy hon, this REALLY sounds like your psoas muscle (just look it up and just see where it is actually located and how your pain just IS correlated to it) and i am sure you have alot of areas that need that fascia released in your body too after everything that body has been thru to this point esp. i just seriously think that this one particular therepy would most definitely help you, probably much more than you would think. i hope you give this a good solid try like i did. if it could help my mess i am sure it WILL benefit someone else who has had to undergo many surgeries too. good luck and let me know how things are goin hon.
