Appendicitis?? morning sickness, slight pain in left lower abdominon on bike?

ok i was sick on tuesday morning and on thursday morning whilst getting washed. i havent been feeling overall to well in the last couple of days and havent got a very good apitite anymore and cant be bothered to eat. and on my bike today i was driving and started to get a moderate pain in the lower left abdomined and my stomach does not seem right

any ideas what it is. how to sort it
im male 15 yrs old and my great grandad died of apendicitis and my grandad got his removed
 
Since it has been a couple days that these symptoms have been persisting, you should consider seeing a doctor. Nobody can properly diagnose you over the internet without evaluating you first.
