my boyfriend witnessed a shooting a few months back. a cop came to the house and asked him to picked the shooter out of a lineup of pictures. since then, he has been getting noticed to appear in court. he has no interest in going to court over this. he just does not want to be involved. today he received a letter saying he must appear in court or be charged with contempt or possible face going to jail. can they actually arrest him for not wanting to be involved in this? i am 7 months pregnant and do not need this kind of stress right now. is there anyone he can talk to, and explain that he wants nothing to do with the case? please someone help us!
