App problem with Samsung Rogue?

Whenever I try to browse for new apps on the phone, it doesn't let me and comes up saying, "Unable to verify your account information. Please call Customer Service." Anyone know what's wrong with it?? Is there anything I can do without wasting my time calling Customer Service??
