My son was born almost 4 months ago and I am trying to figure out how to take some nice pictures of him. I've been reading up on the aperture priority setting of digital cameras and liked the idea of having the focal point of my picutre in focus but everything else blurry. I have my camera set on the "aperture priority shooting" setting and have the aperture set as f2.8 (iso 400 -1.7ev) and the backgrounds of my pictures are showing up normal!! My camera is a sony cybershot dsc-hx1. Anyone have any advice for me?
