Me and my room-mate got a noise warning last week.
I called the office yesterday and found out it wasn't for noise at all.
Rather it was for-
A)Public Urination out of a car we do not own
B)Hitting a curb in a truck we do not own
C)Running up stairs that do not lead to our apartment
We didn't do any of these things......
Anyways, we had it cleared up today and removed from out records, considering I was apparently the one urinating in the parking lot AND DJ'ing a fundraiser at my university at the same time. I had to ask my VP to call and confirm....and tell him I was blamed for public urination. That's a great start to climbing the career ladder.
Does anyone know the extent of tenant rights in Texas?
