OR DOWN?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!? Is it custom when usign the hardy weinberg equilibrium equation to round up or down when asked for how many expected individuals display a certain genotype
like if i solved for q^2 and got .4968478 and multipleied it by the total population say 1000 do I say for my answer 496 or 497 even though it's greater than .5 but do you round up even though it's not a full person what if I got like 496.23 instead do I round down and ignore the quater person or what please help me
