AP Biology or AP Environmental Science?

AP Biology or AP Environmental Science?
I am an upcoming junior and I was wondering whether I should take AP Biology or AP Environmental Science?

I've already taken Biology and AP Chemistry (and plan on taking Physics my senior year). I'm interested in AP Environmental Science because I'm interested in majoring in environmental engineering, but that's just a thought.
I'm still unsure about my major.

Should I take AP Environmental Science, just because I'm slightly interested in that major? Also AP Biology at my school is only one class , where as AP Environmental Science are two classes (lecture + lab).

If I do take AP Biology, I have room for Choir (I've never taken an art/music class before, so taking AP Bio would give me room and wouldn't it make me seem more well-rounded?)

it's either:
english3IB, US history IB, ap calculus AB, spanish 3, jrotc, choir, ap biology (IB SL too)

OR

english3IB, US history IB, ap calculus AB, spanish 3, jrotc, environmental science (lecture + lab)
