ap american history essay questions...help?

1) compare and contrast the foundation and development of the va + plymouth colonies

2) describe the similarities and differences between the lives of slaves throughout the colonies.

3) how did the ideas of the enlightenment thinkers and great awakening preachers shape colonial attitudes towards politics and religion?

4) describe the rising tensions between the american colonies and parliament after 1763.

Any information on any of these 4 would be helpful. If anyone knows of a website with information on these essay questions , please let me know :) If it helps.. the book we use is brinkley's 12th edition american history textbook
