anything i need to know about the air force?

my husband is about to be in the air force he goes to basic may3rd and well i know there are support groups for wifes and that i need to wait to have a baby till we get stationed somewhere thats some answers i got back from other questions but is there anything else there is to know i know he will be gone alot and he can deploy whenever they want him to but is there anything i need to know that i should maybe that his recruiter isnt telling us or is there anything else i need to know as a soon to be air force wife please help =)
