meds? I was in a REALLY bad accident 4+ years ago. My main remaining issues is a fussed elbow and an ankle that swells and still has a plate in it. Since I started seeing a pain management doctor I've felt much better over all because I was prescribed Flexiril, Neurontin, and Naproxen to be taken 2x a day. Well as I've gotten better I decided to go back to karate(tae kwon do) and after class I'd get shaky. I usually grab some water, lay down, and try to rest and that takes care of it. Well after getting bored of just two nights a week of karate I decided to try the American kickboxing class also offered at my school. Its much more intense and for the most part I can keep up but my shaking starts about half way through class. I'm just curious if its directly related to my medication or its still a big shock to my body after the accident and so on? Will it get better because my body will get use to it or should I ask to have my meds changed a little? FYI I'm 24yr old female.
