I parked my car in my usual spot in a relatively safe area. I came back with a friend and there was some weirdo sitting right beside my car. I'd never ever seen that car or him before. He was parked really close too. And it's really cold here and it was about 12:30am. He was sitting there like he was waiting for someone to come back. I wasn't about to get out. I called my friend whose a cop to come check it out, so he did. That guy was wanted for murder. That's just great.
