Tomorrow night me & my friends decided to make the usual friday night party into an ABC party (anything but clothes). I want to make a dress out of colored plastic wrap but am still not quite sure how to? Anyone ever made one before? Could you give me a little how-to? Or does anyone have any other cool ideas for an outfit?
