Okay so, what does it mean if you're trying to call someone who has service through Verizon with a ringback tone but the tone doesn't play all the way? I'm thinking they don't have cell phone service because it plays most of it but always cuts off at the same spot instead of playing the whole thing. Does this mean they don't have service or their phone is off or what?
