I had Mirena put in in Sep.2009 - about 7 months ago now and I am starting to think that it has a lot to do with my BAD mood swings and gain weight (and I do intense exercises 4/5 times a week for at least an hour). I feel like I'm on PMS all the time. I am always hungry (weight gain), always moody, noticed that I am losing more hair now, have tender breasts all the time, am cramping before period and throughout the month... I am going to have it removed, but just wanted to see if there are more people with bad experience with Mirena.
