I learned that a fish can be placed in a clean wine bottle with rocks and a plant because my friend owned 3 bottles with 1 fish per each. So, I have a pair of guppies, 1 black Mickey Mouse fish, 1 orange janitor fish and another janitor fish but it is black. I have also 2 live plants but I don't have any rocks. What size of a wine bottle is applicable for these fishes? Can I add more fishes or take less of them? What fishes can make it colorful and are the fishes compatible with them? What accessories can I add? Thanx...
The fishes survive for months...

atleast a 6 gallon filtered heated bottle for the 2 guppies

and same for the micky mouse
and they like a bit of company so 6 gallons for two micky mouse is good

and the janitor fish (aka pleco) will need a 70 gallon filtered heated bottle minimum as they grow over 2 feet long

an 160 gallon bottle is the minimum for all of them together

the bottles will also need to have lots and lots of surface area and must be easy to clean

all fish should have filters and the ones you bought need aquatic heaters

the one inch of fish per gallon rule only applies to a few small fish variety's and should not be used as a stocking guide for most fish

EDIT: the micky mouse and swordtail's should live to at least 3 the janitor fish should live to about 15 years of age.
the janitor fish needs special sinking algae food and the others need flake.

You're friend is being cruel, how would you like to be locked in a closet for the rest of your life? That is what a wine bottle is to those fish, keep them in an appropriately sized tank, remember, 1 inch of fish per gallong of water.
