how often do you use it? or how much every time you do?

I ride a minimum of 4x a week (commuting).

On days I go with my wife (HOV - faster to her work & home), I do 14 miles. On days I work late, it's 21miles.

Sometimes I'll get her to ride a little. On those days we do 15-20 miles.

I'd ride every day if I could. I love it.

I even ride when it snows in the winter.

I can ride a bike. I don't really ride anymore now that i have a car though.
