Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga has had tremendous growth and many chain style restaurants have taken advantage of the opportunity. A few include, Benihana, BJ’s, Yard House, Fleming’s Steakhouse, PF Chang’s, Outback, Cheesecake Factory, King’s Fish House, Olive Garden, TGI Fridays, El Torito, Black Angus and many more. We have over $950k into Lotus including liquor license and CUP (dance permit) and are 75% completed. We are looking for $325k- $500k to finish the build out, inventories, training staff, and operating expenses.
Per our lease the landlord is obligated to provide an allowance of $350k for tenant improvement within thirty (30) days of the restaurant being completed,

Lotus is seeking $325k-$500k at 20% interest. John Riedl and Amin Noorzai are willing to offer up
to 90% interest in the restaurant as collateral. We have a business plan, financials, approved and permitted building plans and a lease showing the “tenant improvement allowance” of $350k. John
and Amin have over 22 years experience in the restaurant/nightclub industry from dishwashing to the management of a $13+ million a year chic South Beach restaurant.
