Anyone want to help(PHP devel)?

I am building a PHP based Content Management system and I am almost done with it, I am going to release it as open source the only part I am really missing is the Admin Panel, User Panel, and Template Layouts if you want to help go ahead and either send me a message or say so here as I would love for some help with it and you will be credited with assisting development

Sean I was considering putting it on Sourceforge as I have gotten a lot of software from there but I don't think putting an incomplete program there would be appreciated

Although I would love to give you a hand -- I am just to busy with other projects to pitch in. Having said that - I applaud your contribution to the open source community and would encourage you to post your CMS project to http://sourceforge.net/index.php and make the request there for help. I believe you would get much more traction with your request than you would on YA.
