Anyone using Inkscape: Do you know if it has this?

I was wondering if Inkscape has a curve tracking feature. Basically, this sort of feature automatically smooths out any irregular parts of a vector path caused by a jittery/unsteady hand. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
im sorry i dont use that. but photoshop and illustrator. as i know photoshop has same features like that.
