anyone used the extended battery for xv6700 ? any battery tips to help me out?

my battery dont last long at all, and i have two of them, so im thinkin about buying the extended battery off ebay for 12$
does it make a diff and will it help my phone last longer

and is there any battery hacks or tricks to get it lasting longer?
 
im not sure about the $12 battery because i paid like $65 for mine. the one i have is made by Mugen and it has the highest rating i could find of all the extended batteries. its well worth it, i only charge my phone about 2 times a week now, sometimes 3. all i do is rotate it with my factory battery while i charge the other.

standby time is incredible as is overall battery life. even @ 20%, i can talk on it all day, browse, text, etc., and not worry about it failing.

my experience with the cheap extended batteries for other phones has not been good at all.

look for the battery with the highest mAH. my stock audiovox has 1350mAH and my Mugen battery is rated at 2800mAH.
