heres my question
ok...by brother is having this problem..
first of all, he is kinda skinny but id say his pretty decent in body size.
he started working out hard starting last month but he has one problem.
you can still kinda see his ribs marks, like a really skinny person><
is there a specific workout to get more muscle around the rib area? or do u have to get fat? cause my brother eats a lot but he never gets fat!(omg i wanted that...)
any solution?
