:confused: Anyone here try Palm's Speaking Language Translator SD card??




It's $39.95 but they have a $20 rebate coupon and free shipping, so it comes out to less than $20.

There were two reviews on Amazon.com, neither were very positive, so I thought I would check with "the experts" :D By the way, I thought I would save some money by buying from Amazon (they want $31.99, plus no shipping costs if you don't mind waiting for their "Super Saver Shipping," which takes 5-9 business days), but I downloaded the rebate coupon and noticed Palm requires a copy of their invoice to get the refund! So I quickly cancelled my Amazon order and placed one with Palm. I am glad I saw that, as otherwise that would have really pissed me off if I found out the hard way later! :eek:

By the way, can we not post images on this forum?? :confused:

OK, another question. I got the Audio Translator card this afternoon, and I have been able to get it to work (you have to turn up the Game sounds in the Prefs), and yes, it does sound a bit 'robotic;' but here's my new 'stump the chump'...I cannot see any of the supporting documentation. Do I need Adobe Acrobat to get it to work?
