3 months ago i had a miscarriage however it very early on we think and the doctor kept sayin she would get an ultrasound done to see if i need a d&c but i never heard anymore from her apart from when she told me the results of my blood tests said my hcg levels had dropped slightly so i i was definatly losing the baby, i didnt have a period the following month but since then the periods i have had have been majorly heavy but only lasting 2-3 days and then 3 days before i ovulated this month i had light spotting which has never happened before. i have had big weight loss for no reason and i keep getting really dizzy, every now and then i get sickness and cant stop being sick and keep gettin pains like contraction pains but sometimes also get very sharp stabbing pains in the bottom of my tummy, went back to see a different doctor today she sent me for blood tests and when she felt my tummy she seemed really worried and has booked me an ultrasound appointment and i have an appointment to have some internal checks again. i have no idea what is going on, has this happened to anyone else or do you know anything? please help
