I'm working on a solo guitar project that blends atmospheric rock with ambient and trippy sounds. I'm trying to figure out the best pedals to get for this, as i only have two,
1. Electro-Harmonix Cathedral Stereo Reverb
2. Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Fuzz
These are getting me a decent start, as well as some of the built-in effects on my computer, but I really want to replicate these sounds in a live setting, so plug-ins will not do.
If anyone could recommend me some pedals for spaced-out, ethereal, intense sounds, please do.
I'm checking out a Morley Volume Pedal and another EHX Pedal, the Stereo Pulsar Tremolo and Panner.
Tell me what you think, give me some advice. I'm trying to be close to these bands (sorta)
