I have read online some pretty bad reviews about this school but none of which were talking about the baking and pastry program which is the one I'm interested in. Still, it got me thinking. It is a pretty expensive school and I really don't want to waste time and money if my program of interest isn't worth it. Maybe the people that didn't like the school, didn't like the school because the instructors teaching their major didn't do a good job? I don't know. Anyone in the program that can give me advice? Thanks.
