The market price of a single share of stock compared to the price of a single share of another company's stock doesn't mean squat. You need to take many other factors into consideration including class of stock, nuraber of outstanding shares, votes per share, controlling interests, etc. It is quite possible that a lower priced stock could be more valuable than a higher priced share in a comparable company. Hypothetically speaking, some investors may believe Verizon's stock to be more valuable than Leap's.
