ive just signed a new contract with them and this time im doing it direct debit. before i would have to call up every month to pay it. if i look at my bill online it says ant the bottom "by Direct Debit on or after 30 December 2011".
does this mean that the direct debit will take it out on this date or that it hasn't worked and i have to pay it manually again? also when i call up the payment line it says i have to pay but i thought it would just come out automatically, and the balance it would say is zero.
any advice is well appreciated
