Nah, contrary to your thoughts on the matter... my wife, son, 2 mortgages, holdempoker.com and job own my life at the moment. I used to be a slave to the metal, but I just have too many things going right now.

If you want to talk musician to musician... I always preferred Paul Gilbert's even mix to soul and technical prowess to Jason Becker's virtuoso arpeggiated bullshit. More so today than ever since Jason Becker is limited to making noise on a computer. Too bad there is no cure for ALS, otherwise Jason may had well surpassed Paul by now in substance and not just style.

Well anywho, I like Cacophony, but Windham hell are the band that Cacophony wish they could have been. If you like death metal and shred/neoclassical stuff then you'll love windham.
